I have recently been switched to a very strict Paleo diet by my doctor so I have been making all sorts of snacks & treats for myself over the past month. A few weeks back I posted a few Paleo treats I was baking on our Instagram stories & we got several requests to share what the recipes were. Well, your wish is my command...
These donuts are incredibly yummy. Especially when they are fresh out of your donut maker. I have not made the full Paleo Samoa Donut Ice Cream Sandwich yet (although I NEED to, holy cow do those look amazing or what?!) but I have used the donut recipe a few times & they were a huge hit at our Galentine's Day brunch. If you don't have a donut maker, here is the one I used. I HIGHLY recommend it -- they bake evenly and it takes about 2-3 minutes per batch! So simple & easy!
If you don't already know, I am in love with everything Against All Grain & this zucchini bread is no exception. I ended up making them into muffins because I love to eat one on my way to a workout or when I need something quick on the go. I made a double batch & we froze half of them for later (although it ended up being sooner because we went through them pretty fast).
These cookies are my new favorite thing. They are delicious & taste just as good as grain-filled cookies. I've probably made at least 5 batches over the course of the last couple months. The only problem is that when I bake them, they don't last long at all.
I hope you enjoy these treats, I know that Trey & I sure have!
